End User License Agreement

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and UX STUFF SRL for the use of the Osteopathy101 mobile application (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you accept this EULA.

1. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial study and professional reference, subject to your compliance with this EULA and the App Store / Google Play terms.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the App to develop a competing product
• Use the App in a way that violates law or third-party rights

3. Apple-specific terms

When you obtain the App via the Apple App Store, the following applies:

• This EULA is between you and UX STUFF SRL only — Apple is not a party.
• The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under this EULA and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for product claims, intellectual property claims, or any third-party claims relating to the App.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

4. Google Play-specific terms

When you obtain the App via Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

5. Educational tool — not medical advice

See Section 2 of the Terms of Use. The same provisions apply to the App.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Updates

We may release updates and patches. Some updates may be required to continue using the App.

8. Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you breach the EULA. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete the App.

9. Disclaimer, limitation of liability, governing law

The disclaimer, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions of the Terms of Use apply equally to this EULA.
