When you write, please include:
- Your account email
- Device model and OS version (iOS or Android)
- App version (Profile → About)
- A short description of the issue and, where helpful, a screenshot
Subscriptions & billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us. To cancel:
- iOS: Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Osteopathy101 → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Osteopathy101 → Cancel.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you bought the Lifetime plan, there's nothing to cancel — it's a one-time purchase.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, not by us:
- iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and request a refund for Osteopathy101.
- Android: Visit support.google.com/googleplay → Refunds.
I subscribed but content is still locked.
Open the app → Profile → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, sign out and sign back in. If still unresolved, email us with your purchase receipt.
Account
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This is permanent and removes all your data within 30 days. If you have an active subscription, cancel it via Apple or Google before deleting your account.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link.
Can I change my email address?
Yes. Profile → Settings → Account → Change email.
Content & features
Does the app work offline?
Most reference content is available offline once loaded. New content downloads and account features require an internet connection.
The app is in the wrong language.
Profile → Settings → Language. Romanian and English are supported.
Can I suggest a technique or correction?
Yes — please. Email support@osteopathy101.app with the suggestion and any source references.
Technical issues
The app crashes on startup.
Force-quit the app, then reopen. If it persists, restart your device. If still crashing, uninstall and reinstall (your account data is preserved). If the issue continues, email us with your device model and iOS/Android version.
A video won't play.
Check your internet connection. If on cellular, try Wi-Fi. If still failing, note the technique name and email us.
